I understand that Global Partners LP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the "Company") wish to use my and/or my child(ren)'s image(s), likeness(es) and/or voice(es) from photos, videos, and/or audio recordings taken by the Company or its contractors (the "Photos/Videos") for use in the Company's on-line, social media postings.

By clicking on the "Consent" button below:

1. I give the Company my/our permission to use, display, broadcast, distribute, reproduce, record, photograph, edit, alter, publicize and create derivative works incorporating, in whole or in part, the Photos/Videos for any lawful purpose, including use in the Company's social media postings.
2. I acknowledge and agree that the Company is the sole owner of the Photos/Videos and all materials which incorporate the Photos/Videos in any medium or format.  I further acknowledge that I/we have no right to review or approve the Photos/Videos before they are used by the Company in any manner, and that the Company has no obligation to use the Photos/Videos.

3. I acknowledge that my/our participation is voluntary and that I/we will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking, duplication, publication, and/or posting via social media of the Photos/Videos.

5. I hereby hold harmless, release and forever discharge the Company, its contractors, its directors, officers and employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of the Photos/Videos via social media posting or other or other use by or for the Company, from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action, including but not limited to any and all claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation, which I/we, my/our representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my/our behalf have or have by reason of this authorization. 
6. I acknowledge have carefully read and understand, and that I am voluntarily signing, this Photo and Video Consent and Release. I understand and agree that it is binding on me/us, my/our assigns and representatives.  I represent and warrant to the Company that I am at least the age of legal majority and have full power and authority to grant the permissions granted in this Photo and Video Consent and Release.
