- Directions: For all Smoothies
- 1. Portion liquids first and place in the blender.
2. Portion solids and place on top of the liquids. Add your powder of choice at this point.
- Add ons: Add 1 Tbsp of Flax, 2 Tbsp Pea Protein, or 1 tsp Spirulina to each drink, if desired.
3. Secure the lid tight all around.
4. Blend on Low for 20 seconds, then on High for 20 more seconds.
5. Enjoy!
